Today we live in a world that is very different from the one we grew up in, the one we were educated in. The world today is changing at such an accelerated rate and we, as mentors need to keep up with the time. We need to prepare our children for life in this rapidly changing world. Children have lives beyond the classroom, and we would be failing in our duty if we cannot meet their needs.
Education should serve not only to develop a child’s intelligence and skills, but also help to develop a healthy attitude and make the child useful to society. We at Akshara, work for implementing a balanced curriculum to ensure that the child who walks into the portals of our school not just love the school life, but truly be prepared to face life’s challenges.
